Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use this website, its live demo and the free account. They are an agreement between you and [iion legal entity name] ("iion", "we"). Paid plans are covered by a separate agreement signed with us.
The live demo
- The demo builds a sample playable from a brand name or website you type. It is a preview of what the studio does, not a finished ad.
- Demo playables use brand material that is publicly available. They are concept work, not endorsements, and every trademark belongs to its owner. Do not present a demo playable as approved by the brand.
- The demo has fair-use limits. When they are reached, you may see a playable made earlier for the same brand instead of a new one.
- Share links to a demo playable expire after 7 days.
Free accounts
- Free accounts are for agencies and brand teams and need a work email. We review every request and may decline any request at our discretion.
- An approved free account is for one person (one seat) and is open for one working week from your first sign-in.
- A free account includes a set usage allowance for building and editing. It does not include exports, share preview links or reporting; those come with a paid plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the website or the demo, or try to get around its limits;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the studio;
- use the website to create content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights;
- copy or resell the website, the demo or what it produces as your own service.
We may limit or block access if these terms are not followed.
Our content
The website, the studio, its game formats and its software belong to iion. You may not copy them except as needed to view the website.
No guarantees
The website and the demo are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, iion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, the demo or a free account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
